The Pannier Adapter is an accessory's accessory—but a very useful one. When using Cargo Hold 37 Panniers on your Tern GSD, the Pannier Adapter lets you install a child seat in the rear position of the rack and still attach the Cargo Hold 37's outer straps together, to make sure they are not dangling around while you are riding. The Cargo Lid Lock is an extra-long vinyl-coated cable with a combination lock. It's designed for use with the Cargo Lid that comes with the Storm Box. Common on European utility bikes, a front wheel stabilizer makes loading front racks simpler. It is a spring connecting the fork to the down tube. It adds a subtle self centering action to the front wheel, making loading and unloading of a bike with a basket, or say, our Porteur Rack much easier.
